Calculating Shipping Time
If you are calculating the time you need something shipped, please remember that we do same day shipping for all orders placed before 2 PM EST, M-F. If your order is placed after this time, it will be shipped the next day. If you place an order on Friday after 2 PM, or anytime on Saturday or Sunday, it will not be shipped until Monday!
- Free Shipping — USPS Priority First Class
This isn’t a holiday special. We have free shipping for all orders over $50 year-round and flat rate $1.99 for all orders under that price. This shipping is USPS First Class which means it will take 7-10 days to arrive anywhere in the continental US. USPS delivers to PO boxes as well as residential addresses.
Because of this, all holiday orders must be placed by Monday, 12/15/14 by 2 PM to receive them before the Christmas holiday!
- USPS Priority
This shipping option gets anywhere in the US in 2-4 days, including Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, military addresses, Guam, and Puerto Rico. It delivers to PO boxes as well as residential addresses.
With this option, all orders must be placed by Wednesday, 12/17/2014 by 2 PM to be received by Christmas.
- UPS Second Day Air
UPS does not deliver to PO boxes, FPO, or AEO addresses. It is also not available in Alaska, Hawaii, or US Territories. Selecting this option means your package will arrive in two BUSINESS days. Weekends and holidays do not count.
The latest you can place an order with us to arrive by Christmas using this shipping option is Monday, 12/22/2014 by 4 PM EST.
- UPS Next Day Air
Again, UPS does not deliver to PO boxes, FPO, or AEO addresses. It is also not available in Alaska, Hawaii, or US Territories.
To arrive in time for Christmas, the latest you can place an order for this shipping option is Tuesday, 12/23/2014 by 4 PM.
- UPS Ground
These are our three international shipping options:
Due to variations in customs, we cannot guarantee the delivery date on any international orders. Additionally, it takes an extra business day to process international orders due to processing time.
So if you’re ordering something from outside of the US and you need it there by a certain date, make sure to order it as soon as possible.
My Package Was Lost!
Every year following Black Friday and Cyber Monday, the United States Post Office gets overloaded with packages, so sometimes the mail gets delayed, or they don’t update the tracking information in a ready manner. Unfortunately, unless the package is lost, there is nothing we can do about this, which is why we provide you with tracking information.
If it’s past the number of days your shipping option provided, we request that you first contact your local post office and see if there has been some mistake. Sometimes, packages fall behind the driver’s seat and end up back at the post office, or they get sorted into the wrong box. If you think there has been a serious issue with receiving your package, filing a claim with them would be your first step. They will then get in contact with us about replacing the product.
